BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU Try Our Introduction level classes. They facilitate a smooth transition into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Students will learn basic movements, drills, and etiquette in a beginner friendly environment. The Fundamentals Class is open to all experience levels but is a requirement for new students without previous training. Focus of the class is directed toward proper body mechanics and understanding of the movements involved rather than execution in sparring. Students are also taught the basic self defense techniques that allowed Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to dominate the landscape of early MMA.
